What is the status of my order?

 

Tracking your order is easy, with us!  Simply click on the Click here to view order details and make a payment link in the email you just received. 

Under the STATUS section, you can see how things are coming along. 

YES means that part of your order is done. 

NO means that part of your order is not done.

PART means that part of your order is partially done. 

N/A means that this step doesn't apply to your order.

See the chart below for what each step means.  Keep in mind that not all steps will apply to your order.

DES	Design	This indicates how your art/design is coming along
PUR	Purchase	This indicates whether your products have been purchased/pulled from inventory
SUB PUR	Sub-Purchase	This is usually N/A, as we only use this to order parts of products or processes
REC	Received	This indicates whether your products have been received at our facility.
FILM	Film check	This is only for screen print orders and indicates if the film has been output.
PROOF	Proofed	This indicates if your order is in production and ready to go.
PROD	Produced	This is only for screen printed, embroidered or vinyl orders.  It indicates if your order is produced and ready for pick up.
SHIP	Shipped	This indicates if your order has been picked up, delivered or shipped.
INV	Invoiced	This indicates if your order has been invoiced or not
PAID	Paid	This indicates if you have paid for your order or not.  If you paid, through the secure PAYMENT link, on the online order page, this will turn green, in approximate 60 minutes from the time you make your payment.
